Our Founder: Achille Fankem
Achille is a CPA with over a decade of experience in tax, audit, and financial consulting. He began his career at Ernst & Young in Los Angeles, later serving as Accounting Director at William Morris Endeavor. He holds an MBA from IE Business School in Madrid, with a focus on Entrepreneurship.
Achille also worked as a Finance Consultant, helping companies optimize their accounting function and align finance with strategy. Driven by a passion for entrepreneurship and the impact businesses have on their community, he founded ONCE Solutions to help business owners preserve wealth and gain clarity through expert tax and accounting services.
Outside of work, Achille enjoys golf, tennis, reading, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

After graduating with a bachelor of science in Accounting from the University of Arizona in 2009, I started working for one of the big 4 accounting firm in Los Angeles. I started my public accounting career in tax compliance, helping clients reduce their tax burden and remain compliant with various state tax authorities. Subsequently, I transitioned to audit, auditing major private and public companies in a various industries. During this time, I obtained my California CPA License in 2012. After 7 years in Public Accounting, I made a move to corporate to become an Accounting Director for WME, one of the largest talent agency in the world.
After a couple of years at WME, I decided to pursue an MBA from IE Business School Madrid with a focus in Entrepreneurship. This helped me create a microlending Company which offers micro loans to women in Cameroon. After my MBA, I returned to Los Angeles to work as a Finance Consultant from 2019 to 2023 in a controllership capacity, helping Companies improve their accounting processes and truly leverage the accounting and finance functions to support their businesses.
With my different roles and experiences, I have had the privilege to learn best practices that help businesses grow especially from an accounting and finance standpoint. Beyond mere bookkeeping, a strong accounting base will create efficiencies within a company and provide key and accurate information for leadership to make educated decisions. I bring my corporate experience and knowledge to help entrepreneurs achieve their vision.
I am passionate about businesses and the impact they have on their communities. I created ONCE Solutions to provide excellent services to entrepreneurs with the appropriate resources to support their growth of their businesses through operational efficiencies, creative, and socially conscious methods.
