Meet Our Founder: Achille Fankem
My Story
Achille is a CPA with over a decade of experience in tax, accounting, and financial consulting. He began his career at Ernst & Young in Los Angeles, later serving as Accounting Director at William Morris Endeavor. He holds an MBA from IE Business School in Madrid, with a focus on Entrepreneurship.
Achille also worked as a Finance Consultant, helping companies optimize their accounting function and align finance with strategy. Driven by a passion for entrepreneurship and the impact businesses have on their community, he founded ONCE Solutions to help business owners preserve wealth and gain clarity through expert tax and accounting services.
Outside of work, Achille enjoys playing golf, tennis, watching sports, reading, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
