ONCE Solutions is a CPA and advisory firm built around a simple conviction: business owners deserve a financial thought partner who anticipates what’s ahead and helps them make confident decisions.
We work with a deliberately small number of clients so that each one gets real attention, the kind where we notice the problem before you do. Our focus is healthcare/medical and dental practices, provider groups, and the home and community based services organizations that operate on the same reimbursement realities.
We're building this specialty deliberately, and we bring deep technical work to it: entity elections, provider compensation, acquisition modeling, and reimbursement-aware accounting. We provide the strategic insight that allows owners to expand their impact without sacrificing their peace of mind.

Achille Fankem, CPA
Managing Partner
Quentin D. Johns
Achille is a Certified Public Accountant with over 15 years of experience spanning public accounting, corporate finance, and advisory. He began his career at Ernst & Young in tax compliance before moving into assurance, then continued at PricewaterhouseCoopers before serving as Accounting Director at William Morris Endeavor. Along the way, he's held controller and managerial roles on consulting engagements with organizations including Madison Wells Media, Green Dot Public Schools, Cinedigm Corporation, and Jakks Pacific; work that gave him deep exposure to US GAAP financial reporting, internal controls and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and M&A due diligence. He led the ASC 606 revenue recognition implementation for a major talent agency. That depth in regulated financial reporting and complex compliance work translates directly to healthcare and HCBS organizations, where multi-payer billing, cost reporting, and audit readiness demand the same rigor. Achille founded ONCE Solutions in November 2023 to bring that same rigor to businesses that rarely get access to it: proactive, strategic tax planning instead of once-a-year compliance work. Since founding the firm, he's steadily deepened that specialty, expanding beyond compliance into forward-looking tax strategy for business and individual clients alike. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Arizona and an International MBA from IE Business School in Madrid, and is fluent in English and French.
Managing Partner
Quentin brings over 30 years of corporate finance and executive leadership experience across real estate development, entertainment, retail, and e-commerce, and healthcare. He began his career in real estate development with Trammell Crow, then moved into development roles at The Walt Disney Company, working on projects including Disney California Adventure, the Anaheim Duck Pond, and the Amsterdam Theater. He went on to hold planning and analysis roles at Universal Studios, led Sarbanes-Oxley implementation work with a management consulting firm, and later managed over $3 billion in design and construction costs leading a team of 13+ at Westfield Corporation. Following Westfield's sale to Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, he moved into fractional CFO work with private equity firms — leading buy-side due diligence on acquisition targets and integrating acquired companies into portfolio accounting and planning — experience directly relevant to ONCE Solutions' acquisition strategy work today. Quentin holds a B.S. in Accounting from Louisiana State University and an MBA from Pepperdine University, and brings deep expertise in technical accounting, SEC reporting, financial modeling, treasury management, M&A, and ERP systems implementation. He is also an entrepreneur, having owned and operated restaurants and co-founded Compass Center Inc., an organization supporting children with autism. That work gave him direct, firsthand exposure to the funding, compliance, and operational realities of home and community based services organizations; insight he brings to ONCE Solutions' work with HCBS providers today.
